• Students may request cancellation of a session or course within 24 hours of payment.

• Cancellations after the course or session has started will not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund will be issued if the service is not delivered due to technical errors or tutor unavailability.

• Partial refund may be considered in exceptional cases at our discretion.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
